    HELP!! I have managed to set up my Maxton rear shock to what I think is OK, now need to look at my front forks...... NOT A CLUE! air over oil as far as I can tell ie has 'tyre valves' on the top of the forks... Any sugestions please!

    My leather had back protection but I have taken it out as it was on foam, and now wear a Knox back protector. These i think are good as they provide more proctection (Base of spine to Neck, and lumbar region) and also ammount of protection from penetrating wounds. But it's all down to personal taste.

    Hi folks, I am new here and to the whole biking world. Pass my DAS back in August and have been out most weekends since, apart from snow! I have got a Honda CBR600F-J in pretty good order and its quick enough for me!
