comptonchinee
Thanks Hotfoot!! I knew it was a fast corner, but forgot the specific of fast-entry, but clearly is relevant, as we are talking about entering a corner and using the throttle to set the speed, settling the bike by a calculated roll-off, and making the steering input, and get back to Throttle Control Rule 1. Awesome stuff!!
mugget
Cheers Hotfoot! Great stuff, definitely answered my questions. Just like having a personal cornering tutor. I am going to read through all of Twist II again, looking up those couple of chapters you mentioned it seems like I have a much better understanding of everything in the book now that I've done Level 1. I will probably pick up on a few things that I missed previously.

I, too, have noticed that I pick up different things when I re-read any of Keith's books. As my experience and riding level change, different techniques become more meaningful to me, or things I might have glossed over before suddenly have new importance. I'm sure this is part of what makes learning to ride such an interesting journey - and also why Keith's books continue to be the gold standard, year after year - you can refer to them over and over and find new things every time.
