  1. I too have had a similar problem after riding the sport bike over the sport cruiser. After talking with the physio I have come up with the following reasons for cramp and tingling in the foot, especially the right foot. A) the sport bike has a small diameter peg causing more pressure per sq. inch, especially when cornering when more body weight is on the one foot the peg is metal and does not have a rubber isolator to cut down on the vibration going into the foot like previous bikes and the sport cruiser C) the higher horsepower of the bike causes more vibration D) the exhaust on the right hand side is connected to the bracket going to the right peg. I am looking at isolating the pegs with rubber isolators like they use on vibrating compactors and using pegs that have a greater surface area. I may change the connection of the exhaust so it does not connect to the peg bracket. I too am doing exercises and going to physio. Good luck
  2. I have seen that the new Snell 2015 helmets are now coming out. What are the specs (Snell, European etc.) for this upcoming 2015 track schedule? I have a Forcefield back pad and just purchase a Helite air vest that has a light back pad, BUT if one comes off the motorcycle the tether opens the CO2 cartridge which opens in milliseconds offering one protection on the front and back as well as holding the neck steady. Would the Helite be accepted and could the tether be connected under the seat and stay there on the rented bike so I can connect it when it was my turn to use the bike? http://helite.com/ and a review is here http://www.webbikeworld.com/r4/helite-airbag-vest/ Thanking in advance for checking into the statements.
  3. LEVEL 2 IS WHAT SHE SAID I SHOULD NOW TAKE!!!! RESULTS AT THE COURSE = RESULTS ON THE ROAD = MORE CALIFORNIA TRAINING DAYS, YES , YES, YES !!!!!!!
  4. I too rode at the Barber track in the green group on the 31st. Your write up sums up the course, teaching, expectations and the results to a T. We had Laura as a coach and" fantastic" was our groups summation of her as a coach. Lyle on the parking lot course was also very observant and corrected the angle of my arms to make the steering relaxed. Everything exceeded my expectations. First class course on super BMW's suited for the situation. You become so intent on the course and keeping your eyes on task that one only looks at what is ahead. At the final summation Laura mentioned that I was smoother at the Museum corner. I wondered why it was called Museum corner. The next day I visited the Museum only to see that the Museum looks over a tight corner. Yes, if I had looked up I would have seen the Museum overshadowing the track. Good, I was focused and the road ahead is what I was to look at, not gazing off. My wife joined me a day later and we rode for another two weeks. Her evalution, " my riding had improved" and she was Very Relaxed as a passenger taking pictures and enjoying the scenery as the bike leaned smoothly through the corners in the Appalachians.
