It will be held on the 31st July and 1st August, 9am to 5 or 6 pm each day. This is the Monday and Tuesday straight after the AHRMA races at Mid Ohio and before the AMA event on the following weekend.
This seminar will have the added interest of having Robby Kasten's motorcycle on display. For those who don't know, Robby has developed a system of reverse rotating brake rotors for the front wheel, principally to reduce the gyroscopic reactions to improve lean-in performance. Check it out at www.reverserotatingrotors.com . After I have finished the seminar topic on steering Robby will give a short talk about his experiences with the machine and answer questions about it.
There are two attendance packages on offer.
1. Basic seminar: This covers the seminar attendance plus a CD with
all the seminar material, a 46 page guide to suspension kinematics and some freeware software for
calculating various motorcycle parameters. US$250.
2. Special seminar package. This is the basic seminar as above but
with the addition of the book “Motorcycle Handling and Chassis
Design” and version 4.2 of the software for the analysis of the
characteristics of practically all rear suspension systems. The
normal cost of the book and software shipped to the USA is 162
euros (about US$208). Package price US$390.
Morning and afternoon coffees are included but not lunch. The hotel has restaurants on site.
I would ask that you register and pay ASAP so that I can ensure that we have an appropriately sized room reserved for us. Also so that I know how many books to bring. I will not be bringing any spare copies to keep my luggage at a minimum.

The hotel have offered a block booking for bedrooms at a rate of $89 (plus taxes etc.) a night, for single to quad occupancy.
If you intend to stay there then you must quote the block booking reference of "TFD06" to take advantage of the block rate and book before July 24th.
