Thanks for the replies. I'm planning on doing a two day school towards the end of the summer. That's what brought me here. I can lock my knee in but to do so I can't hang off as much. I experimented with a few things at my track day yesterday and I think I found a happy medium for now. It wouldn't hurt if I got myself into a little better shape as well, but I think I'm happy where I'm at right now. It was more or less a curious question on my part. The next thing I need to work on is keeping my chest on the tank. I do it on highspeed turns but not slower ones for whatever reason.... I still get my body and head over but I think I keep my head a little higher because its easier to look through the tighter turns like that...
