  1. Thanks for the tip crash. Come to think of it, over the last seven years I’ve ridden a lot in Greece, I’ve been to many wonderful places and let me tell you… Greece is a biker’s PARADISE…Warm sunny weather, awesome scenic routes and practically NO speed limits ( don’t get me wrong, there may be an occasional speed camera here and there but it usually is off or broken) . So if you fancy a nice trip near the med I would suggest that you look up in Google earth the following routes starting from north to south 1. Every mountain road close to FLORINA or NYMFAIO (you can spend 2-3 days there) 2. The rout around the first and especially the second (middle) leg of Chalcidice peninsular (you can spend a lifetime there J) 3. Serres racing circuit is our only true circuit but I think you will find it is a VERY VERY good one. (FORMULA 3000 class 16 turns and possibly the grippiest thing in the known universe) 4. The coastal rout from Stavros to Ouranopolis 5. The roads around Pelion mountain starting from VOLOS (Breath taking view and lot’s of things to do. (you will need to spend at least 5-7 days there) 6. The ride around Peloponnesus peninsular is a very nice idea but you will need to spend at least 1.5 to 2 weeks in order to fully enjoy it 7. The gorgeous island of Crete with LOTS of awesome routs in and around it (2 weeks should do it) As far as road condition in Greece is concerned, you will come across a variety of roads starting from top class tarmac to badly maintained and full of holes stretches. Keep in mind that all the routes I described (or rather prescribed) above are more or less ideal for Superbikes so you should be ok. Feel free to ask me about additional information…
  2. I think that is a grand idea for all the straight-riding challenged people out there...hahaha Thanks man...keep us posted
  3. It all started seven years ago. By now the signs are pretty obvious…I am an addict…my condition is critical… I two step (or three step sometimes) my way to the bathroom and I look for the apex every time I get out my front door, I walk at a constant 52 degrees angle doing hook turns all day long and at work, I drag my knees every time I roll my chair away from the desk. Moreover everybody is making fun of me because I wear my helmet at meetings… but no one can see the tears behind my dark visor…tears of JOY that is!!! The JOY of being able to ride my beautiful dark Duc safely and in a decent way and the JOY of constantly getting better and better at it. well, let me introduce myself… I am Nikolas from Greece, Civil Engineer (but I would trade my Job for yours in a heartbeat), I own a Ducati 749 (tricky little thing if you are unsure of yourself) and I attended the first 3 levels of the School. Let me say that level 2 did all the difference in the world for me. I am just riding a different road than everyone else everywhere I go. I mainly ride at mountain roads and at Serres Racing Circuit constantly searching for ways to correct mistakes and improve techniques. This year I am desperately trying to raise some money in order to attend level 4 at the two day camp at Jerez and let me tell you it's not an easy thing to do due to the hard economical situation (thanks to our fine politicians who cock up globally at everything they do). So Andy if you are reading this KEEP IT CHEAP mate. So guys I guess all of the above leave me no choice but to THANK you all at CSS for making this lifelong dream come true and I hope to see some of you soon. Best regards Nikolas Arampelos
