  1. Please, i need a special experts helps for my race bike! I have a 999r 2005 model and the exhaust i have on it is the 57mm termignoni. the silencer of my system weight around 6kg which its extremely heavy!! How does the power - torque behavior of my engine will change, If ill swap the heavy silencer with a straight through single silencer? How these change can affect my performance? By swapping with a single carbon silencer i can save around 4kg hanging out of my tail, which its very important! I'm racing my bike and i already have the lithium battery etc! My wheels are the OEM forged fitted on the 999R's! The gas tank is a heavy part on the bike but very expensive to change, so the position of the exhaust silencer makes it No.1 part for weight loss! The issue is only weight, not power. If by any chance you have some ideas, or find out anything related i'll be very happy to receive your answer!
  2. Hey Timmer, i have a 999R and and in trying to setup and map the pc3usb on my bike, advance map for each cylinder, the mechanics didn't manage to get it done the right way never. do you have any specific instruction for my bike and since an advance map should be done, what is the correct procedure to do it? the tuners in Cyprus have almost zero experience with the Ducati engines and unfortunately they tune them like the I4 Japanese bikes!!!!! Some said to me as well that they fitted the new pcv on their 05-06 model Ducatis and they did the autotune as well! Is something like that possible? i'm looking for the best solution for my race bike and i hope you'll have some info to give me!!!! thanks
