I have Held Titan gloves and love them. They're like three seasons old and are in fine shape. Having said that I also wear a Held Slade suit from STG. And it's very nice as well. Very comfortable. Very well built and durable. The zippers are tanks. I've thought I've busted the main zipper plenty of times getting in or out of the suit, but it's held up fine. Held makes good chit!

It's beginning to look like I may have to sleep in my car......

I'm going to get a Pit garage and the room over the garage for the night of 5-10 and 5-11, cost for this is +/- $450, there are two double beds in the room. Just wondering if anyone else is looking to stay there ON TRACK and willing to split the costs. I'm 50, married with 3 kids so, I'll likely be wiped out and ready to get some rest after the shennanigans on track all day....well maybe a few cold beers first....NON SMOKER, but I do vape..... So yesterday was my 50th birthday and the family takes me to my favorite seafood restaurant here in Hampton....Surfriders. After the excellent meal I'm opening cards and a folded up piece of paper falls out of the card from my wife and kids. It's a registration for for CSS at VIR in May of 2015. I about peed my pants I was so freaking stoked! I will see all y'all in the spring at VIR. So freaking excited. My wife is the best wife ever!

Would someone be so kind as to post the flag meanings or a link to where we can find what each color flag means. I know a few of them, maybe even all of them, but a refresher right here and now in this thread would be cool.

Not going to be able to make it this year. Just bought the bike on Fathers day weekend and have spent any extra $$ I had on crash protection. Mabe in Ma of 2015.....

Consider the pitbull trailer restraint system. . 10x easier than anything else out there. . . The baxley chocks are ok, but you still need to strap down. The pitbull just roll in, lock the latches and pin them in. . maybe 30 seconds. .

If memory serves me it's an option off the main DVD menu. I saw a Youtube video where they interviewed Keith and I did not realize all of the work that went into creating that DVD. Quite an amazing undertaking especially considering when it was made. Thanks... will look again. didn't look there....

I have the Twist II DVD and did not see it listed. Will check again.

I have only considerd CSS and the closest they come to me is VIR, so that should be my first. I haven't yet made any suspension adjustments as I have not a clue, I'll wait to try and find some help with at my first track day. Tires are new and have 1000 miles on them.... I did get pit bull front and rear stands from STG, need an EZ Up tent/shelter and more crash protection and I should be ready to roll out. Thanks for the tips!

Thank you very much. I bought a 2013 Suzuki GSXR 600..... It's a beast and I love it. I've added Vortex swingarm sliders, just ordered Woodcraft front axle sliders and will order soon the Vortex frame sliders and GB Racings case covers/savers.... That is most likely all I will do to the bike. After those mods are complete I will be spending all my "extra" money on track days.

Thanks Tyler! Good info, I was unaware that VIR was newly paved..... Looking like I wont make it till next May though. I need more crash protection on that new bike. What brought me back? I finally couldn't stand being bikeless anymore.... That and Suzuki's offer of 0% $0 down....

I wear Held Titan's and while they are not waterproof they are the best gloves I've ever worn or tried on. Period. If there are gloves with better protection I've never seen them.
