Hi, I would like to know what are things to be considered to be fit and more faster on the track. Some adviced me not to go to gym and just do cycling etc. What workout should I do? What to eat? I need your help. Thanks a lot

Hi everyone, My name is Aditya from India. I am going to attend the Feb session of CSS which is going to be held at Madras motorsports track. To join CSS has been a childhood dream. I am going to enter 2015 national championship India. I own a KTM Duke 200 and Yamaha YZF-R15. Though I have some experience on the tracks, I am a newbie when it comes to racing.
