It's a mental game as much as a physical one--how to prepare for that aspect? If you are brave enough to put it up here, tell us what you do to prep for a school (or track day)? This is an open question at this point, meaning sky is the limit in terms of subject. We might look at the different parts and break it up, but lets see what you guys think.
