So, What Does It Take To Be An Instructor?

Hey ya'all, I've been kinda wonderin' just what it takes to be an instructor for the Superbike School.

Some of my questions are;

What (again) does it take to be an instructor?

What kind of time commitement?

What type of training is given?

What are the responsibilities of an instructor?

I've done some teaching in the past and enjoyed it - also was told I was good at it.

Anyone?
