palomar
At a recent CSS held at the Streets of Willow Springs track, I noticed that the school made some potassium and salt tablets available to the riders. I assume this is to combat dehydration and electrolyte loss. I used these and seemed to be fresher and more alert on the 170 mile drive home after the class than I expected to be after a day at the track. My question is: a) What is the potassium tablet called (I recall that the salt tablets were sea salt) and where can I get this? I remember that it wasn't just potassium, but I can't recall what it actually was. What is the recommended dosage? Please advise. Thanks, WHC
