I have limited experience, only been through Levels I & II, but have to say this stuff really works. It may not be apparent when you first go through the classes and you don't use brakes, gears, etc., but after a few track days the light bulb really goes on. Confidence levels rise as you will be able to approach a corner and know what to do...even if you come in too hot/scared. You will actually look forward to pushing yourself to get there faster the next time and know that you can do it, under control.
