ells
Ok, I have noticed that my posture when racing is mainly dictated by where my body contacts the bike. I am medium height and well rounded with short arms. Last and current race bike have different positions for pegs and bars etc. From looking at photos the preferred position is to have the bottom half of you leg (below the knee) pretty parallel to the track when mid corner. Now mine generally are pointing straight up I.e knee is almost directly above my feet, or at least that's what it feels like. That and having fat legs makes it very difficult. The seem to be millions of articles on suspension setup is the anything anywhere on bike ergonomics? I am already looking at shifting seat up as my legs are cramped and that makes me very stationary. Cheers M

bradvanhorn
Do you feel something about your current body position is holding you back?
