SarahC
Hi all, I'll be posting some videos here with exercises and stretches that I recommend to help with stiffness, tightness, aches etc from riding. This first pair of stretches are for the forearms, wrists, and chest. Let me know how they go! Cobie Fair
Hi Sarah, To confirm, 30-60 seconds for each of the 3 stretches? How often should I do them? I was doing 2 of those stretches long ago, but not nearly that long, and it didn't seem to help my forearm knots much. Going to try these! Best, Cobie
SarahC
Hi Cobie, Yes, 30-60 seconds for each one. If you can do them every day, that's ideal. Try connecting it to something you're already doing, like brushing your teeth at night. You can definitely do them more than once a day if you are motivated to - if you spend some part of every day on the phone, put on your headphones, and do your wrist stretches! Please keep me posted on how it goes! best, Sarah

Thank you for sharing these stretches! I had no idea my wrists and forearms were so tight, and considering how much arm, wrist and hand work is used riding they are incredibly beneficial. I am keenly aware of my riding inputs/unwanted inputs and removing any 'blockages' to improvement so these help considerably. I've been using them for a while now so this is a belated 'Thanks'!
