  1. great job saving your bike and your bacon!!
  2. you'll need to improve your flick rate imho
  3. I guess you have nice roads over at your place. My area requires me to be "ready" at the bars les some random pothole/ uneven surface pops up ... I do one input at a turnpint of my choosing and then go into "semi relax mode " throttle is easy for me as my scooter only has like what... 11 HP at the crank?
  4. not soggy crisp not overwhelming (bad for rainy days imho ) and compliant suspension+chassis on all legal speeds...
  5. you can get used vesrah suzuki race bikes on their website if im not wrong... http://www.vesrahsuzuki.com/products/bikes/
  6. QS only promises reduced lean OUT of the turn imho.
  7. SAWEEEET bet it cost a pretty penny too ~
  8. sounds like ur charging the turns, using a wrong turn in point , suffering form a slow flick rate or a mixture of all 3... bad suspension and poor maintenance might compound the problem too.
  9. twist 2 DVD? preety synergestic with the twist2 book imho I even add my own notes on my copy of the twist2 book in relation to my bike and level/habit/roads ~
  10. being able to read other road users really helps in avoiding living road hazards
  11. I re-viewed the DVD(for the 20th time) Theres content on that inside fyi

  13. on my ride, same thing ~ but you'll have to be extremely familiar with the road and setup ; eg the bike will have to be extremely well balanced because backing it too much = low side. as for the road, i find patches that have an even friction coefficient OR white/painted lines where its less grippy and run the back tire on it on purpose with lean and gas.
  14. i can only say the video gives a great example nearly anyone can understand~
  15. re-current training Hmm interesting, gotta read/ view the videos again this weekend~
  16. my guesstimate is that the friction coeffecient for the road has nose dived after the tarring.
  17. the no brake lights... its a pretty "evil" trick for riders who loves to nearly stick it up your bottom on public roads I think your friend is relying quite a bit on engine braking for priming the entry speed hence no brake lights.
  18. im no math guy but i do regularly blitz the guys who are fast on the small turns (with me at the back observing their weaknesses)on one big fast speed turn.
  19. Yet they hold on hard enough that their hands blister and bleed. Enough so that Stoner pees on his hands to toughen the skin http://www.superbike...un/120605pp.htm wow, this sounds so much like the local "free combat" club where the hardcore members would hammer their knuckles to the wall everyday. "pups" will start with a few rolls of towel to act as a cushion and unwrap one layer after some number of days.
  20. Thanks for answering a question I have been thinking to ask for a long while ! ^^
  21. some points i observed personally: different body types= different favorite hang off positions? Different bike bodies= different favorite hang off positions? 500CC bikes, if you look at the 500CC yamaha's, the weight was pretty low with the tank right at the the bottom of the bike...
  22. Is the class going to be in Chinese, Taiwanese or English ? The site is entirely in Chinese so makes me wonder. .. That many Aussie or Aussie Chinese coaches to go and teach that class ? And did you check out the pictures down below on that site you just linked to ? Are those pictures of students/teachers of the school. . If so, you might have a lot more riders stepping up to take the class there (or at least male riders . Wow. My best guess is that the classes with be in English, since that's what happens in countries like Denmark and Sweden where the coaches get flown in from abroad. Guess the superhdmoto guys have a race team, and they are a bit more ...uhm, westernized ... in the gridgirl department than the boothbabes I saw at the "West Taiwan Straits Auto Expo" yesterday here in the mainlands (Xiamen). Edit: I can't to seem to find any class dates in there. The text I found only tells about Keith and the videos. I'm not even sure they'll run a CSS school from their site! I'll give them a call on their next working day and ask about the details.
  23. HI , you from taiwan too? PS. i cant see your pics, can you upload to imageshack ? ^^

  24. Looking forward to seeing the staff of CSS too^^
