  1. Thanks for the input.Any issues with the A* so far?
  2. Why not try some of the race helmets from AGV in xs? That should do nicely, and you can find xs priced lower. It is the safety certification and materials used that matters more than youth/adult sizes. https://www.denniskirk.com/3303534XS.sku?utm_source=thefind&utm_medium=cse
  3. The sidi vertigo is good but has a terrifying amount of torsional flex, which means my foot will flex similarly in a crash. The A* multi link system provides better protection but the complex mechanism may break down. Sorry neither are sold here, can't try them on. HF which ones do you have? The supertech boots?
  4. Any opinions on these boots and how they compare? I am leaning toward the Vertigo Air because it is a perf model but i hear the A* has better protection. But i also hear stories of A* gear not holding up and boots failing in crashes and also normal walking about.Any advice?
  5. My god....looks like the guy filming it took a bike to the face?
  6. I was talking about literbikes sorry.I have a theory that production litrebikes have so much performance to offer, most people haven't even scratched the surface.
  7. This is a good gesture on your part Robert.
  8. Yes put consider the stopping distances and the speed scrubbed off.Say about 250 meters to go down from 300 to 50-75 kmph.Doable on a streetbike?
  9. Brembo put up this chart - http://blog.motorcycle.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/05_francia_infographics1.jpg Interesting that a quarter of the time is spent on the brakes. Also note the stopping distances, lever pressure and g forces generated during braking. How would this compare to a good litrebike like the s1000rr?
  10. No dragstrips in India. The annual drag competition is held on a remote runway.
  11. Why are you guys sitting up on a straight? In addition do put up more pictures if you can.
  12. Will the coaches answer any questions you have/be ready to participate in unorthodox drills? What if i want to practice starts or passing?
  13. How horrible that it was Simon Andrews who died.I knew him, in a manner of speaking. He was featured in this very interesting documentary series. You can see him recovering from the serious injury he had earlier, as well as his struggles getting fit and during the endurance races. He crashed in the IOM TT also. I do hope you can take the time to watch this superb series. There are 8 parts i think. Also featured are Cameron Donald and John McGuinness.
  14. Yes....we can make a vacation out of it i suppose. You know the public are allowed on the course as well, after the races?
  15. I have noticed this not only in moto3 but many championships involving 250's or similar low HP bikes.I have even seen this in the Kawasaki Z800 cup!!
  16. Nothing other than this? Also i wonder how much difference it makes?
  17. I have noticed some guys in moto3 and in the 250 class in general take their left hand off the bars and tuck it in during the straights. Why is this? Are there any benefits?
  18. The bikes are dynoed at the factory before they are sent out no?
  19. It was just a vid i found, that is not my bike. The tune accounts for the free flow character of the pipe.Without the tune, there will be unburnt fuel being dumped out like this - RChase - The white bike should contrast nicely with your black leathers. Was the bike Dynoed?
  20. If you guys capture some footage/photos do put them up.I think that would be nice.....along with your laptimes .
